The ALU 500 is a stylish door used in places wher the entrance of light is of great importance. It is the best door made of PVC or glass: an independent combination of strong aluminium frames and windows. This door satisfies all the needs so as to ensure the proper operation of the building. The surroundings acquire a friendly and warm atmosphere. The large glass surfaces can bring-about heat loss, and therefore ALU 500 allows for the choice, according to the needs, of one, two or three PVC or glass levels. The panels height is 500 or 600mm and the door can be supplied in a variety of sizes with a maximum of 7000mm. The number of horizontal glasses depends on the net width opening.
SPRINGS
The springs are one of the most important details of the door, since its function depends on the quality and reckoning of the springs. Each spring of each door is reckoned and manufactured seperately. This ensures a good and normal operation of the door.
DOOR GUIDES
The adjustable vertical guides together with the adjustable wheels and the hinges, ensure a maximum of inflexibility and also a non-friction handling. The adjustable side-hinges ensure maximum tightening and also the light snd non friction handling. The adjustable top hinges ensure inflexibility on the top and a non-frction montage.
These details are the basis for the long term operation of the door.
ALL-ROUND SEALING
Top sealing: High tolerance PVC for absolute insulation on the top part of the door with the wall.
Sealing between the panels: a specia flange (PVC) montaged inbetween to offer absolute protection.
Sealing between the door and the floor: special rubber (PVC) with three "lips" for the best fitting with the floor.
Side sealing: special rubber (PVC "lip") for absolute sealing and non-friction function.
STANDARD DOOR EQUIPMENT
- Internal lock. The lock is made of galvanised steel and can only be used from the inside.
- Attachment of axes. The adjustable attachment of the axes ensure that the tension of the springs is transmitted equally in both wire-ropes.
- Bottom hinges.
Handle: Montaged in the bottom part of the door nad made from PVC.
Door wheels: The wheel axis is made from galvanised steel and the wheels from naylon that ensures a noiseless and proper operation of the door.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION
All of the doors can be equipped with automatic opening and closing functions. Each electric mechanism consists of a motor, a transmission department, a control department, and various units of movement. The size and type of the motor are determined according to the width and height of the door.
